An incredible place to stay. We received such a warm welcome, and the entire team was attentive and friendly. They were also very flexible with both check-in and check-out. The accommodations are completely new and everything is excellent quality. It's close to the beach and within walking distance. The best part is the view, stretching from Rosa Sul all the way to Rosa Norte.

HOW FAR IS GOA FROM THE BEACH?
GOA is 350 meters from the beach and 150 meters from the center of Praia do Rosa. The beach is reached via a stone road leading to a walking trail, approximately 5–7 minutes away. The walk to the town center includes uphill and downhill sections in both directions.
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN STAY IN EACH HOME?
Homes 1, 2 and 4 accommodate up to 8 guests, with 3 bedrooms each. Homes 3 and 5 accommodate up to 2 guests, or up to 4 when rented together with their corresponding studio.
CAN THE STUDIOS BE RENTED SEPARATELY?
Yes. Studio 3 and Studio 5 can be rented independently or together with Home 3 and Home 5. Each studio features a bed, fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom.
WHAT IS ON THE LOWER LEVEL OF EACH HOME?
Home 1 features a private game room with a pool table, 75" Smart TV, sofa, full bathroom and direct garden access. Home 4 has a private 35 m² movie room with a kitchenette, 60" 4K Smart TV and full bathroom. Homes 3 and 5 have their corresponding studios on the lower level.
CAN THE BED CONFIGURATION BE CHANGED?
Yes. In Homes 1, 2 and 4, the king bed in the third bedroom can be separated into two single beds. In Studios 3 and 5, the two single beds can be joined to create a king bed. Just let us know before your arrival.
DO THE HOMES HAVE OCEAN VIEWS?
Yes. Every GOA home features ocean views, a private deck and a barbecue grill on the upper level.
HOW DO I BOOK A STAY AT GOA?
Reservations are made directly through Sal Hospedagem, which manages GOA. By booking directly, you avoid Airbnb or Booking.com fees and can communicate directly with the hosts via WhatsApp.
WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?
Check-in is from 3 PM to 10 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Parties and events are not allowed.
IS THERE A MINIMUM STAY?
The minimum stay is 2 nights. Exceptions may be available during certain periods — feel free to contact us via WhatsApp.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Sal Hospedagem's cancellation policy applies and will be displayed when you make your reservation.
DOES GOA HAVE GOOD WI-FI FOR REMOTE WORK?
Yes. All accommodations feature 2000 Mbps Wi-Fi throughout, as well as heating and air conditioning and ceiling fans.
IS HOUSEKEEPING INCLUDED?
Yes. Daily housekeeping is included in the rate. Dishwashing is not included. 200-thread-count cotton bed linen and towels are also provided.
IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes. Large homes have parking for 2 cars, while small homes and studios have parking for 1 car.
The entrance gate is automatic and accessed via code.
IS GOA PET-FRIENDLY?
Yes. One small pet weighing up to 10 kg is welcome upon prior request.
ARE THE HOMES NEW?
Yes. The homes opened in March 2026 and feature green roofs, ipê wood cladding, gas-heated water, and heating and air conditioning.
WHAT IS THE BEST AIRPORT FOR PRAIA DO ROSA?
The closest airport is Florianópolis International Airport (FLN), approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes by car from GOA. Airport transfers and car rentals in Florianópolis are available upon request.
CAN YOU SEE WHALES IN PRAIA DO ROSA?
Yes. Southern right whale season in Praia do Rosa runs from May through October. July and August typically offer the highest number of sightings, with some days bringing more than ten whales into the bay at once. They can be spotted from the beach and nearby viewpoints.
IS PRAIA DO ROSA GOOD FOR SURFING?
Praia do Rosa is one of the most consistent surf destinations in the region, with good conditions somewhere along the beach almost every day. It's suitable for beginners as well as intermediate and advanced surfers. Surf lessons are available upon request.
WHAT IS THE BEST TIME OF YEAR TO VISIT PRAIA DO ROSA?
It depends on what you're looking for. High season, from December through March, brings warm summer weather and a lively atmosphere. Shoulder season — March, April and November — often offers the best balance between pleasant weather and fewer crowds. During the low season, you can experience whale season, the peacefulness of winter and an even closer connection with nature.
